About ML

My passion is sharing yoga with students of all ages to connect them with the   mental, physical and spiritual benefits of yoga.

Many students are in initially drawn to the physical aspects of yoga.  

I first discovered yoga following an ACL reconstruction surgery to help regain strength and flexibility.  With continued practice, I awakened to the power of yoga to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind helping me find peace in a chaotic world.  It became a necessary part of my life.

 

I work with students of all ages and experience levels.   I particularly enjoy introducing new students to the practice in a way that welcomes them and inspires their love and deeper exploration. My happiest moments as a teacher are when students share how they have incorporated yoga tools (breath, mindfulness, etc.) into their daily life and the positive effects they have experienced.
